What will you do?
As a Data Specialist you help organisations answer data questions that touch on strategy, processes and decision-making. You analyse how data is used, where the opportunities are and how insights can be put to better use. You talk to stakeholders, run analyses and present recommendations that can be applied right away. You work both as an advisor and hands-on. We decide together which assignments you take on, with plenty of attention for your development and learning goals.

Who are you?
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in an analytical or business field
- You have at least four years of experience as a consultant or advisor in a data environment
- You enjoy variety and a steep learning curve
- You quickly feel at home in new organisations
- You communicate easily with stakeholders at all levels
Your expertise
- You quickly grasp data structures and processes
- You extract insights from data and translate them into concrete value
- You are analytically strong and socially skilled
- Experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau and Excel
- Familiar with agile ways of working
- Experience gathering, modelling and documenting requirements
