Principles

Data Analytics B.V. works with customer business data. Security is therefore part of the design, build and operation of every solution we deliver.

Access management

• Role-based access following the principle of least privilege.
• Multi-factor authentication on administrative environments.
• Periodic review of accounts and authorisations.

Data protection

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest on the cloud platforms used.
• Separation of development, test and production environments.
• Processing of personal data in line with the GDPR and a data processing agreement.

Monitoring and logging

Platforms we manage are equipped with logging and monitoring so that anomalies and incidents can be detected in time. Concrete arrangements on monitoring and response times are recorded per agreement.

Suppliers and subprocessors

We use established cloud providers. Which providers are used for a specific solution is recorded in the agreement and, where applicable, in the data processing agreement.

Do you believe you have found a vulnerability in our website or in an environment we manage? Report it to info@dataanalytics.nl. Provide a clear description, do not share third-party data and do not exploit the vulnerability. We will contact you as soon as possible.
