How does the score work?
Each answer gives 0, 1, 2 or 3 points. Question weights are 10, 15, 15, 20, 10, 10, 15 and 5 (total 100); score = sum of weight × answer points / 3, rounded. Domains are normalised to 100. Below 50: foundation; 50–79: pilot; 80+: good basis. Unknown access/privacy or autonomous writeback without approval limits the level to foundation; insufficient permissions/governance limits it to pilot. Advice follows the largest weighted improvement gaps.
