What will you do?
As a BI Engineer you help organisations turn data into insights they can actually steer on. You set up BI environments, develop and optimise ETL and ELT processes and build dashboards that are not only correct but also tell the right story. On one assignment you work with an organisation just starting out with data-driven working, on the next you are part of a mature BI team. Together we decide which assignments suit you best.

Who are you?
- You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in an analytical or business field
- You have at least four years of experience as a BI Engineer
- BI challenges and data-driven working give you energy
- You switch easily between business and technology
- You communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels
Your expertise
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
- Working with data lake(house) solutions such as Databricks, Snowflake or Synapse
- Developing and optimising ETL and ELT processes
- Extensive knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Python is a plus
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
- You advise stakeholders on putting data to smart use
